Have been dealing with them for a few years now. Never had a problem and questions always answered.

I didn’t know where to start with insurance for our golf cart but they made the process so easy! Being flexible with communication over text, call, and email really helped us get what we needed efficiently!

The Macoviak team has consistently been helpful and knowledgeable during the six years that they serviced our homeowners and auto policies. We have had an exceptionally good experience

Fortunately I've not needed to file a claim, but would expect that to be honored in a timely manner. I received updates and relevant information throughout the year regarding other offers (never 'pushy') as well as safety tips during storm season.

I came to Oyer, Macoviak desperately fleeing from my prior carrier, who had just doubled my insurance premium. Cheryl listened carefully to what I was looking for in homeowners' insurance, and to my description of my home, and that same afternoon presented me with several options. I ended up with the coverage I wanted, with the discounts that should have been applied, at an unexpectedly great premium. I couldn't be happier. Super professional, courteous, quick and effective.

Prompt and courteous service. The associates were knowledgeable and helpful.

The only insurance broker agency that truly was able to find better deals for insurance and were very attentive to our needs for our auto insurance. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Highly Recommend – Fast, Professional, and Actually Helpful

After OVER a year of frustration with another local insurance company, we were told—again—that no one would insure our home, even after we provided updated inspections, including a roof certification clearly stating we had more than five years of life left. We were constantly given the runaround, told we had to use certain inspectors, and some of those inspectors made obvious errors. Thankfully, my husband works in this field and caught multiple mistakes—but even then, no one wanted to help us move forward.

Then we contacted Oyer, Macoviak & Associates, and the difference was unbelievable.

I sent them our inspection reports, and within TWO days we had homeowners insurance secured—no drama, no excuses, no endless waiting. They were professional, efficient, and actually knew what they were doing.

If you’re in Florida and struggling to get insured, especially with an older (but well-maintained) home, I highly recommend Oyer, Macoviak & Associates. They got it done when others could not.

Bobby was thorough and helpful in understanding my need to switch HO ins carriers.

As a new(er) resident of Florida, I was concerned about the volatility of home insurance rates year over year. Despite the gloom and doom conveyed in media, Bobby was able to find us a policy with same conditions as my last policy but cheaper. Calling and Consulting with the team felt more educational than anything. Looking forward to using them again next year.

Oyer-Mackovic far exceeded my expectations for customer service and responding to questions quickly. I highly recommend them for all your insurances needs.

Finding .your. Agency on line worked out great for what I was looking for your representative was very good in finding the coverage I needed for my auto and umbrella policies. I would recommend your agency to anyone needing good reliable service.

Found them online while I was looking for golf cart insurance. After answering several questions by phone, they sent me a copy of the documents to review and get back to them. Received the final document online and a thank you from them. Great experience.

Oyer, Macoviak and Assoc. came to my rescue last year. I was notified by my previous insurer that my policy would terminate mid-term. Cited they were no longer servicing my area. Great company, always looking out for what’s best for your needs and value! Been with them for 6 years now!

When I moved into a condo after living out of State for work for several years, I shopped around and asked neighbors.
I found my way to Oyer, Macoviak and they worked with me to find appropriate coverage.
Each year, or more frequently if I asked, they review my policy and shop around for me.

I really appreciate when I have minor requests or questions, that they provide quick responses and good customer service.
I’ve kept them for 5 years now.

Every year or two at the most, I will send out all of my vehicle policies to make sure I’m getting the best rate for the exact coverage. I was so happy with my savings that I’ve told all of my neighbors when I called the State Farm agent he admitted that he can’t even compete, and that made up my mind.

Oyer, Macoviak and Associates are a pleasure to work with. They have secured the best coverage for me for the best rates I can obtain in Florida for the desired coverage. They work hard to obtain the best rates.

Very enjoyable experience. Knowledgeable and helpful in a trying situation. I will be looking to have them review all my insurance needs.

Home insurance prices are out of control! Beyond expensive. I tried many of those online free quotes from several companies. They came back with no one to insure me at all. Then I found this insurance agency also on line that deals with so many more insurance companies. As my local agents in Palm Coast FL came back with no one to insure me. No one wanted to insure me because my roof was 19 years old, but in great shape and not needing replacement. Rob Macoviak found me a few companies that would take me and at a much better price then my renewal would have been. Very easy to work with, and he explains, so you can understand.

Fast, Professional and Courteous service! our needs were met the same day. Highly recommend!

Great communication. Quick responses to all my questions. Explain everything in detail. Knowledgeable. Great rates. Definitely recommend.

Bobby was incredibly helpful and saved us over $300 for the exact same coverage. Will definitely work with him again!

Quick responsive service and very good rate on insuring my Golf Cart.

Everyone is friendly and polite. They listen to you to get an understanding of your needs, then do all the research to find coverage at an appropriate rate. Callbacks are always timely. I have and will continue to recommend Oyer, Macoviak and Associates to friends and family.

The fine was responsive and friendly. They responded to my inquiries promptly and helped me resolve my issues immediately.

Oyer, Macoviak and Associates are extremely easy to work with and have been great with helping me on all of my insurance needs.

Great experience. Professional. Responsive. Knowledgeable. Prompt service.

Originally I knew nothing about this agency. I learned a lot, not from their website, but when I walked into their office. There I found the face of the company…their employees which were accommodating, professional and knowable. I achieved my goal which was to secure the proper coverage and at a substantial cost savings.

After much research in regards to looking for an insurance agent for my condo in Palm Beach County, I was delighted to meet personally with Cheryl at Oyer Macoviak and Associates. We clicked right away, and her quotes were lower than my previous ones with the same coverage. It's nice to be considered part of their family, and I feel I can call at any time for questions.

Very nice people, very helpful and courteous, have several carriers to choose from, they know based on your needs the best policy for you.

This is an Insurance Company that offers the absolute best Customer Service. We are so pleased to have found Oyer Macoviak and Associates. We moved here from Maine and found it difficult to find affordable house insurance. We’ve had such a positive experience with their personal Customer Service and Insurance rates that we are going to use Oyer Macoviak & Associates for all our Insurance needs in Florida! Our Agent Cherly spent a lot of time with us helping us through the process, explaining how to get the best insurance coverage and rates.I’d highly recommend them if you’re looking for honest answers, clear communication and great customer Service!

Started out looking for insurance for a new golf cart and came upon Oyer, Macoviak in an online search. So glad I did. Reached out to them and Ryan responded almost immediately. He listened to what I needed and within a very short time I was provided with a very competitive quote. The entire process was easy, smooth and professional. I will be contacting them again when it is time to renew our home and auto. Again, responsiveness was excellent.

Great service and advice. You worked hard to get me the best policy and price quote. Thankyou ,E.Engel

Oyer, Macoviak and Associates is a top notch insurance agency. They have been very responsive and are, clearly, very knowledgeable. I dealt with Cheryl Macoviak for my homeowner's insurance and found her extremely pleasant, friendly and professional. I love that this is a small family run business and have complete faith that they will have my back in the event that I should have to file a claim.

Very easy to work with. Needed flood insurance coverage and was able to get a competitive quote quickly with great coverage. Highly recommended !

Great service

Good service and good products

Had moved into the area and did not have an insurance broker so reached out to the Oyer company. Spoke to an agent who was knowledgeable and quoted me with a fair price. If you need help give them a call.

This insurance agency gave me the top notch experience. From beginning to end it was a smooth transition from one policy to another. They provided me with an awesome rate by searching many companies on my behalf. Bobby Yonta is my account executive and he was so quick in providing me with quotes with the best right for my condo. I highly recommend this company for your insurance needs. Guy P.

I recently stopped at the office to discuss a possible claim. Bridget helped me shortly after arriving. She helped sort through the issues and got everything started. I found her very helpful, knowledgeable and professional. Could not ask for more!

We were referred to Oyer, Macoviak and Associates by a friend in the insurance business. I appreciate the personal service and willingness to put my policies out for bid to see if there is a better policy available. Highly recommend this company!

Excellent service very knowledgeable and very responsible I would recommend them to anybody that needs insurance thank you

Unfortunately, finding the perfect combination of professionals to manage your affairs sometimes takes a long time. Recently, I switched insurance agents because I was not receiving the best advice. I fortunately found a group of real professional insurance agents who knew exactly what I needed. They spent the time to ensure I had exactly what I needed and followed up on each policy to ensure it was placed properly at a fair price. More importantly, they keep track of every policy to ensure it is enforced on the correct dates and always compare the policies with different companies to ensure I receive the best value even after placing the insurance. I know that I am in the right place.

This Agency has the best employees. They always answer questions promptly and are available. I am glad I chose them for my insurance needs!

I had a complicated situation and they worked very hard to get me a better deal than others. Saved thousands on my homeowners and auto policies

Thank you to Ryan Paguaga and the team at Oyer, Macoviak. Ryan did a great job working with us to actually keep our Condo and Auto policies at reasonable levels. He was great to work with.

Oyer, Macoviak and Associates are great! They have handled our insurance since we moved to Boynton Beach, Florida! They can be trusted to find the best rates and they are on top of their game with follow up as well! Give them a call! Thanks… Debbie Whittle

Only good things to say. Would highley reccomend the agency

New to this wonderful insurance company. Knew exactly what to do when my regular company messed up completely. Customer for life!!!

I have used them for over 20 years! Excellent prices and customer service!! Highly recommend!

Our experience with this office is excellent. All of the people in this office are always very helpful. This is a great place for all our insurance needs.

This has been such a great experience with getting auto insurance. Super easy, very quick responses to any questions and I’m really happy I found the Oyer, Macoviak and Associates agency. I highly recommend!

I’ve had the pleasure of working with Oyer Macoviak for over a decade with my parents insurance needs for their summer residence. Kristie B. Is knowledgeable, prompt and extremely professional. She has always provided us with the best possible experience. Thank you!

Insurance! Got a great rate when insuring my newly purchased golf cart. This would be a reason good enough for me to recommend Oyer, Macoviak and Associates. The thing is, the rate was so good I wanted to see if they could help with my regular auto insurance. They quoted me a good competitive rate from one of the companies they represent for insurance coverage similar to what I already have, but I said no, because I thought the rate wouldn't save me enough money until last night when my wife informed me that we need to call our current auto insurance company because we were just informed that our auto insurance was going to be increasing by hundreds of dollars over 6 months. It could be because we just moved, but the rate Oyer, Macoviak and Associates quoted was already for the new address. I will probably be calling them back if I run into problems getting my current insurance company to get more reasonable with their rates. If you are interested in good competitive insurance rates I recommend you call them as well!

Friendly and knowledgeable agency that helped us find affordable condominium insurance.

Oyer, Macoviak & Assoc have been my insurance agents for over 10 years. Whenever I call for help they are there. They find competitive quotes and help me decide which is the best option. I feel comfortable recommending them to friends and family.

Pretty good insurance agency. Excellent service and employee's

In a world where there isn't much emphasis on customer service, we were more than pleasantly surprised. After 17 years our homeowners insurance was not being renewed. Oyer, Macoviak and Associates walked us through the process, quoted us a fair policy amount, and followed through with our mortgage company to be sure payment was rec'd in the appropriate time frame. Professional and courteous staff got us into a new policy within less than 48 hours with zero stress. Awesome group of people who actually care.

My experience with Oyer, Macoviak and Associates for insuring my golf cart was excellent from start to finish. The entire transition was seamlessly handled via email, which made everything convenient and efficient. I received my policy promptly in the mail without any delays. The customer service was top-notch, and they were responsive to all my questions. I highly recommend Oyer, Macoviak and Associates for their professional service and hassle-free process.

Customer service is excellent It is very easy to work with Ryan All questions were answered quickly and efficiently this company came highly recommended and we were very satisfied with the pricing and the ease of getting car insurance we saved a lot of money and a very happy we switched in addition, we also switched umbrella policies and we saved a lot of money. Highly recommend this company.

Just switched to Oyer, Macoviak and Associates. After being with a different company for 18 years. What a great experience very helpful and also found out from them that I didn't need Flood Insurance in a condo setting. Extra thanks to Bobby Yonta.

This agency is outstanding. It was highly recommended to me by a friend and having worked with them I understand why. Cheryl was professional yet friendly, and was most responsive to my numerous questions regarding new insurance policies. I felt very comfortable transferring our policies to this agency, knowing they were looking out for me and getting the best policies at the best prices. I too would highly recommend this agency.

Oyer, Macoviak and Associates assisted my wife and I to find homeowners insurance for our condo at a great price. The customer service aspect of their insurance company was great and we spoke to a person and not an automated system and response time was very good. I would recommended the agency to anyone looking for insurance

I was having a difficult time finding insurance at reasonable rates and OMA was able to accommodate.

My mom has recently started working with Bob of Oyer Mackoviak Her current homeowners polucy was canceled by Castle Key. As we searched for a new company we were inundated with calls, but we contacted Oyer on a recommendation, and were very pleased with the advice and outcome of our new policy..

Very competent staff, pleasant, polite and a very good rate on my insurance. Who could ask for more?

We have been a client for many years and have recommended them to several of our friends who also became clients. The staff is very helpful and has been very responsive. We are very satisfied with their services and recommend this agency.

Wonderful Experience dealing with Bobby Y. Very Kind & Knowledgeable about my Home Ins. Quote. The Wind Medigation Report done with Kevin M. was also very pleasant. Both of them pointing out details I never knew about. Highly Recommend giving Bobby a call @ Oyer, Macoviak & Associates in Boynton. Gina C.

Great service, friendly people, very helpful in finding the best and least expensive coverage. Couldn't ask for more in an agent.

I would highly recommend Oyer, Macoviak and Associates. It is so wonderful to work with people who get back to your emails or phone calls so quickly. Insurance is not a 'fun' issue to deal with be it a claim, a quote or a simple question. But I found my experience with Oyer Macoviak to be as painless as possible.

Extremely reliable, knowledgable ,friendly & suggested ways to save me money. Would highly recommend!

I have always found them to be helpful and to resolve my insurance issues with professionalism and satisfaction. I am pleased to recommend them .

Oyer, Macoviak and Associates was recommended by a friend and since our home insurance went up, we decided to call. Agent Bobby Yonta is a miracle worker! His response time was instant and he arranged inspections the next day. We thought we had good insurance for the past decade but he found us an A rated company with better coverage at a huge discount! He is knowledgeable and professional and personable. For the first time I felt like an insurance company really cared about our well-being. I’m so glad we called, just wish we did it years ago. Don’t hesitate to call and get a quote.

Moving our account to O,M & A has been a blessing. Knowledgeable and professional. Could not ask for more.

Always reliable, professional and looking out for client's best interest.

They have helped me with all my business insurance needs whenever I needed them. I would recommend doing business with this firm.

I switched my homeowners insurance to Oyer, Macoviak and Associates about a year ago. I am glad I did. Their customer service is excellent. Because they are a family owned business with agents who have excellent product knowledge, they provide personalized and exceptional service.

Everyone at the office is very helpful and knowledgeable. They are always there to answer my questions.

Outstanding customer service!!!

We recently reached out to Oyer, Macoviak, and Associates to get a quote for auto insurance. They already handle our homeowners insurance policy, so our goal was to have both our auto and homeowners insurance handled by one insurance agency. They were quick to respond to our request and made the whole process easy by doing it all by email and online. For great customer service, I do recommend going with Oyer, Macoviak, and Associates, to handle all of your insurance needs!

It was a pleasure doing business with lOyer,Macoviakand associates. They found me good rates on condo insurance and automotive insurance end it was all done by phone or online I didn’t have to travel to their office for anything. Everything was done professionally with great service

Very strong customer service, and easy to interact with.

The customer service at Oyer, Macoviak and Associates is excellent. They are knowledgable, professional and always quick to respond to any questions or concerns.

I normally do not take the time to write reviews but felt this was called for. When I was shopping for car insurance I contacted Ryan Paguaga, Account Executive from the Oyer, Macoviak and Associates Insurance Agency. He was gracious, seemed to care about my needs but then again his job is to sell. They weren’t saving me any money but I signed with this agency because of things he relayed to me. One being their “outstanding” customer service. After I signed I started receiving emails from the owner, Mr. Oyer, Macoviak and Associates. Harvey E. Oyer Jr Inc 1903 S Congress Ave St 350 Boynton Beach, FL 33426. Welcoming me to their agency etc. Newsletters arrive in my inbox boosting their commitment, how they care about their customers etc. Actually just bragging how wonderful they are. I called the salesperson who originally wrote my policy and left him a voicemail about a windshield repair. He forwarded that voicemail to their “customer service” person Christine. She listened to what I described and I sent her a screenshot from AAA’s website stating the poor work by the person who did the job. I found out from a different glass repair center that the resin he used may have been contaminated as well as his poor workmanship. Therefore leaving a milky white spot on clear glass. Christine the “customer service” person at the insurance agency said she didn’t know what to do. That she would speak with her manager and get back to me. She also informed me with conviction about certain windshields that have to be OEM because there are sensors in the glass. There are NO sensors in the glass. She has no idea what she is talking about and therefore misleading people. It took her nine days to get back to me. At this point I’m surprised she did get back to me. She must have had a memory lapse because she suggested I get in touch with the glass people who did the repair and see what they can do. On my initial call to her I said I’ve had two windshields repaired in past years and they were clear. I also told her I wasn’t going back there because of the low level quality of work. Extremely poor service from this agency especially in a time of need. Don’t depend on them because quite simply you can’t depend on them. When I signed up with their salesman for auto insurance he asked me about homeowners insurance. Saying he can save me money. I indicated that approximately 6 weeks earlier I just renewed my policy and paid it in full. I stated that we could address it when it comes up for renewal. If he was sharp he would have wrote it down as a good salesperson would have done. This agency will not be seeing my homeowners insurance or car insurance at renewal time. If I ran my business that way I’d be out of business. There blatant disregard to get back to me in a timely fashion and with pertinent suggestions was useless, very unprofessional. Their own people can make or break them. These people wouldn't be in my employ or they would have zero interaction with customers. I say this because I was in business. Statistics show that when a customer is upset, agitated with a place of business they tell 7-10 people. When a customer is satisfied they may only tell 3-4 people. I'd rather be working with the lower positive number. They can't pay for that positive feedback form of advertising from people; it's priceless. Bottom line they’ve demonstrated that they are not customer oriented as they want people to believe.

Long time customer, great service.

I have received excellent customer service from day one. The agency found a way to lower my homework insurance rates without a cut in coverage phone calls or always return the timely matter. I would hardly recommend show the act.I have received excellent customer service from day one. It has been an exemplary experience! You’ve always responded quickly and your recommendations were always keeping my best insurance needs in mind. The agency has always had MY best interests at heart. Their suggestions for insurance not only met my needs, but protected me from a less secure company touting a lower rate. Happy to be a client!

FROM START TO FINISH, THIS COMPANY PUT ME FIRST. IT WAS AN EXPERIENCE I HADN'T SEEN YET WITH FLORIDA INSURANCE COMPANIES LET ALONE TREAT ME WITH DIGNITY AS WELL AS UNDERSTAND MY NEEDS FOR WHICH A POLICY WAS DRAWN UP, EXPLAINED AND SENT. THE DOCS WERE EASY. THE LOCATION OF THE OFFICE, ALTHOUGH I DID EVERYTHING OVER THE PHONE, IS CLOSE IN BOYNTON AND THE STAFF I SPOKE TO, RYAN, WAS KNOWLEGABLE AND CONCERNED FOR MY NEEDS. SO FAR, IT'S BEEN A PLEASURE WORKING WITH THEM AND I LOOK FORWARD TO MANY YEARS OF SERVICE. I GAVE THEM 4 STARS BECAUSE NOBODY'S PERFECT.

They review my insurance every year and make changes when needed. I have full confidence in them!

Found a great rate, answered all my questions with understandable explanations, were easy to contact.

I needed insurance for my golf cart. I called Progressive and Geico for quotes. Neither company either didn’t know how to quote golf carts or just didn’t want to write a small policy. I looked on the internet and found Oyer, Macoviak and Associates. The young man I spoke with knew exactly how to help me and what I needed. He solved my issue in about 20 minutes. I will renew with Oyer Macoviak every year. I am glad I found this company and highly recommend them for any insurance needs.

I was recommended by a Friend & so happy with the fast & efficient response I had from Bobby , who is now my new agent. I switched my car insurance to this agency as they got me the best rate. Everything went smoothly & without any problems. This is a very reliable company to do business with !

I called Oyer, Macoviak and Assoc. to compare car insurance prices against my current carrier. Come to find out my insurance was not adequate for me or even met the minimum for the Sate of Florida. For just slightly more than I was paying, I am now very comfortable knowing I am adequately insured should I need it. I was highly impressed with the friendly, knowledgeable service I received.

Have been with Oyer, Macoviak and Associates for at least 10 yaers or more. They take care of all my insurance needs to make my life much easier. Able to always discuss what I need and look for best price options available. They take the time to talk to me and explain my insurance plans in detail.
