Established in 1953 by Harvey E. Oyer Jr. “Mr. Boynton Beach“, Oyer, Macoviak and Associates has grown to a full service insurance agency. In 1999, Robert and Christian Macoviak took over management of the agency and now is one of the largest Trusted Choice Insurance Agency in Palm Beach County.
Although the office has grown through out the years, the office still treats the clients the same way as it did from the beginning, “An Educated Client is the Best Client.” Per Rob Macoviak, “Florida insurance can be a very complex. When the office started in 1953, there were limited home insurance companies writing in the area due to hurricanes. Therefore, the office had to write three different insurance policies to properly cover one home. Over fifty years after the office started we had 3 hurricanes hit the south Florida area and our office handled over 4,000 claims in two years.
Since we feel our clients are more educated in the Florida insurance marketplace they had the right coverages for their risk so they were able to get back to normal quicker.”
